I'm a MetalCraft member. What do I need to do?

Nothing. On October 30th, 2026 your account moved to TrueX automatically and keeps its current tier.

Do I have to complete training to join?

No. Training is a member perk, not a requirement. Any TMS business account can enroll.

How is my tier decided?

By your qualifying purchases in a calendar quarter. That total sets your tier for the following quarter. Only your highest qualifying tier applies.

What counts toward my total?

The invoiced value of goods delivered by True Metal Supply. Taxes, freight, delivery and fuel surcharges, fees, and returned or credited items don't count.

How do I use my rebate credit?

Credit posts to your TMS account and applies to future purchases, ask your rep to apply it when you order. Credits have no cash value and expire 12 months after posting.

What does "good standing" mean?

No past-due invoices, within your credit limit, and no unresolved returned payments at quarter end and when the credit posts.
